Skype

Skype is free and is a great medium for visual communication wherever you are. 

Skype can be used on Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac, Iphone and Ipad

To use skype you will need a microphone and a webcam, most webcams have a built in microphone.

You will need to install Skype on your computer and to do this please follow this link http://www.skype.com/intl/en/get-skype/other-downloads/ . Its very easy, simply 
select your download and skype will install automatically.
